The HOOT-OWL BARN survives as a monument to pre-Blast consumption and the triumph of the automobile, its ruins accessible via a narrow road bypassed by the Devil’s Highway. Local hillfolk say a glowing orb, known as THE SPOOKLIGHT, haunts the stretch of road near the old-world travel center.

Place your players between two competing factions as they race against the clock to investigate the ruins and scavenge for loot.
